1. 负责中型无人机产品开发项目的全流程管理，硬件为主，兼顾软件项目。制定项目计划并推动进行； 2. 统筹项目资源，提升项目执行效率，确保各阶段目标按时达成； 3. 协调跨部门协作，组织项目会议，跟踪项目进度，识别并推动解决项目风险与问题； 4. 推动研发管理流程在项目中的落地实施，持续优化项目管理机制。
