In the following circumstances, you may submit a request to delete your personal information:

2. If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;

3. If the purpose of data processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary for the purpose of data processing;

4. If we cease to provide the product or service, or the retention period has expired;

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will simultaneously notify the entities that received your personal information from us, requesting that they promptly delete it, unless laws and regulations provide otherwise or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.

After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and further process and isolate it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

After account deactivation, we will stop providing you with products or services and will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with your request, unless laws and regulations provide otherwise.

(6) Constraining Automated Decision-Making by Information Systems

In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non-manual automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms.
