1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

If you purchase Towiin products or services from us, to facilitate the successful completion of the transaction, you will need to provide us with information necessary for generating purchase orders, delivering products or services, and issuing invoices, including one or more of the following: your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, ID number, payment account, and other information.

(7) Protecting the Interests of the Nation, Society, and Others

The information you provide will be continuously authorized for our use during the period you use Towiin products and services. Upon account deactivation, we will stop using and delete the aforementioned information. Where laws and regulations provide otherwise regarding the retention period of information, we will comply with the relevant legal and regulatory provisions.
The aforementioned information will be stored within the People's Republic of China. If cross-border transfer is required, we will conduct security assessments in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
When we intend to use your personal information for purposes other than those set forth in this policy, or to use personal information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will seek your prior consent.

(3) Deleting Your Personal Information
In the following circumstances, you may submit a request to delete your personal information:
1. If our collection and use of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
3. If the purpose of data processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary for the purpose of data processing;
4. If we cease to provide the product or service, or the retention period has expired;
5. If you withdraw your consent.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will simultaneously notify the entities that received your personal information from us, requesting that they promptly delete it, unless laws and regulations provide otherwise or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and further process and isolate it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
(4) Changing the Scope of Your Authorization and Consent
The delivery of our products or services or the implementation of specific features may require you to provide us with necessary personal information to complete (see "Part I" of this policy). After account deactivation, we will stop providing you with products or services and will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with your request, unless laws and regulations provide otherwise.
(6) Constraining Automated Decision-Making by Information Systems
In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non-manual automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will provide appropriate remedial options.

We may refuse requests that are groundlessly repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of new systems or fundamental changes to existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are extremely impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes).
In the following circumstances, as required by laws and regulations, we will be unable to respond to your request:
1. Directly related to national security or national defense security;
2. Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;
4. There is sufficient evidence that you have acted with subjective malice or abused your rights;
5. Responding to your request would cause serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
6. Necessary to protect the major legitimate rights and interests of your or other individuals' life or property, but it is difficult to obtain your authorization and consent;

6. How We Handle Children's Personal Information
Our products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults. Without the consent of a parent or guardian, children may not create their own user accounts.
